Required Training: All department members are required to
be certified in the National Incident Management System. A dedicated web

Shift Swaps: All On-call and career staff are
reminded that paperwork must be filed for any and all shift swaps, requests
for time off and vacations which all must be submitted for approval.
This is important to maintain an accurate weekly and monthly schedule. Do
NOT contact the Alarm Dispatcher with shift changes. All communication, regarding
shifts will be handled by the scheduler.
